 On Thursday 24th November 2005, Christopher's in Covent Garden, and Christopher’s in the City, will be serving this traditional menu at both lunch and dinner in celebration of American Thanksgiving.

Roast corn and sweet potato chowder

Rhode Island oyster fritters, crisp maple cured bacon, BBQ katsup

Traditional 'Waldorf salad', smoked duck, walnut oil dressing

Roast turkey, corn bread, toasted hazelnut and dried Michigan cherry stuffing, cranberry relish, buttered beans and new potatoes

Maple roast Virginia-style ham, hard cider gravy, corn pudding, maple glazed yams

Pan-fried rainbow trout, Californian raisin and pecan brown butter, tasson greens and roast potatoes

Blackberry and apple cobbler, blueberry ice cream
