We noticed when we stayed at The Lygon Arms earlier in the year, that
there was a gap in Broadway's middle sector of the dining market. Fine
dining was admirably catered for in the main restaurant of the Lygon Arms,
but if you wanted an ineresting and well cooked meal for around £15-£20 a
head you'd have difficulty finding one.
Now it looks as though such problems have been solved with the opening of Oliver's Brasserie located in an historic house next door to the Lygon Arms. One of Graeme Nesbitt's first tasks as Head Chef at the Lygon Arms has been to oversee this exciting new development. Here's the current menu for you to peruse:
